How we earn your trust

First Detail Promise

Your first visit is the test. We finish the detail, you walk around the car, and only then do we charge you. If something isn't right, tell the technician before they leave and it gets fixed on the spot. That's the whole promise.

Price and billing

How much does Nero Club cost?
$195 per month per vehicle. No sign-up fee and no hidden fees.
When is the first payment taken?
After your first detail, once you have looked it over and approved the work. That approval is what starts the membership.
Can I add a second vehicle?
Yes. Each vehicle has its own membership at $195/month, and both can be serviced at the same address in one appointment.
Is there a sign-up fee or a contract?
No. Nero Club is month to month with no contract and no sign-up fee. Cancel anytime.

Booking and visits

Is there a limit on how often I can book?
No. Book as often as the car needs it, with no monthly allowance and no per-visit charge. Each visit is an appointment, matched to the nearest available route.
Where can you detail my car?
Wherever it's parked within 10 miles of downtown Austin — at home or at work. Our rig is fully self-contained, so we bring our own water and power.
Does the membership follow me or the car?
The car. Each membership covers one vehicle.
How do I book a detail?
Text us a time that works and we'll confirm the nearest available route appointment.

Pausing and cancelling

What am I committing to?
One month at a time. There is no contract, and you can cancel whenever you like with no fee and no notice period.
I'll be away for a while. Can I pause?
Yes. Text us and we'll pause your membership; billing resumes when you're back.
How do I cancel?
Text or call us before your next billing date. Cancellation stops the next renewal and there's nothing further to pay.

What each visit includes

Is the interior part of every visit?
Yes. Every visit is the full list: a thorough vacuum, surfaces wiped down, interior glass and floor mats inside; a hand wash and hand dry, wheels and tires, door jambs and exterior glass outside.
Do you hand wash?
Yes. Every exterior is washed and dried by hand, every visit.
My car is ceramic coated. Is the coating looked after?
Yes. Ceramic-coated vehicles receive a maintenance topper when needed as part of membership.
Membership terms
  • Booking: your first appointment is booked at the Nero Club member rate. If you do not keep an active monthly membership after that visit, the first detail is billed at our one-time rate of $195 instead.
  • First Detail Promise: the promise applies to anything you point out to the technician on-site, before they leave, so it can be corrected on the spot.
  • Confirmation: we text you the day before each appointment. If the appointment isn't confirmed by reply, the technician won't make the trip.
  • Eligibility: Nero Club is for personal vehicles; commercial vehicles are not eligible. We reserve the right to decline service.
