Huracán Nero Auto Spa ("Huracán Nero," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, when you visit huracannero.com (the "Site"), book or receive our services, contact us, or interact with our advertising and social media.

By using the Site or our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide us with your information.

1. Who We Are

Huracán Nero Auto Spa is a Texas-based provider of ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint, and automotive detailing services, with locations in Austin, Frisco, Fort Worth, and Roanoke, Texas. We are the "controller" of the personal information described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you give us when you:

• Request a quote, submit a contact or lead form, or fill out a form on Facebook, Instagram, or another advertising platform that is delivered to us;
• Book an appointment through our online booking system, by phone, by text, or in person;
• Purchase services or products;
• Call, text, email, or message us on social media;
• Sign up for promotions, newsletters, or text message updates;
• Leave a review or testimonial;
• Apply for a job.

This information may include: your name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, vehicle information (year, make, model, color, VIN, license plate, mileage, condition), appointment details, service history, payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), communication preferences, and the contents of any messages you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies, including:

• Referral partners, dealerships, or businesses that refer you to us;
• Publicly available sources.

2.4 Photographs and Video

We may photograph or record video of vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, insurance, and dispute-resolution purposes. We may also use images of vehicles we service in our marketing, website, and social media. We take reasonable steps to avoid displaying license plates or other personally identifying details. If you do not want your vehicle featured in our marketing, tell us at the time of service or email support@huracannero.com.

Our locations may be equipped with security cameras that record activity on the premises for safety and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, schedule, perform, and follow up on our services;
• Process payments, issue invoices and receipts, and manage warranties;
• Communicate with you about appointments, estimates, vehicle status, and customer service;
• Respond to your questions, requests, and reviews;
• Send you marketing, promotions, and offers by email, text message, phone, mail, or online advertising (subject to your consent where required and your right to opt out);
• Personalize your experience and show you relevant advertising on our Site and on third-party platforms;

We may also aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer identifies you and use that information for any lawful purpose.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Huracán Nero Auto Spa, including appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle status updates, customer service messages, and, where you have separately agreed, promotional and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You may receive a final confirmation message.
• For help, reply HELP or contact support@huracannero.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with our service providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver our messages to you.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including website hosting (Duda), online booking and scheduling, CRM and marketing automation, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, call tracking, customer review management, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, and IT and security. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners. We share information with advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Analytics and Ads), and similar partners, who use cookies, pixels, and hashed customer data to measure our campaigns and show you relevant ads. This activity may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws. See Section 6 and Section 9 for how to opt out.

Financing and payment partners. If you apply for financing or pay through a third-party provider, your information is shared with that provider, whose own privacy policy governs its use.

Business partners. We may share information with product manufacturers (for example, to register a coating or film warranty) and referral partners as needed to deliver the services you request.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to respond to requests from law enforcement or government authorities; to enforce our terms, warranties, and policies; to collect amounts owed; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Huracán Nero, our customers, our employees, or the public.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google tags), web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising.

Types of cookies we use:

• Strictly necessary – required for the Site to function, including security and booking features.
• Analytics / performance – help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, Google Analytics).
• Advertising / targeting – used by us and third parties to show you relevant ads on other websites and social media and to measure ad results (for example, Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

Your choices:

• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
• Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Meta: manage ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
• Industry opt-outs: optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) and optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).
• Mobile devices: adjust ad tracking in your device settings.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain service and warranty records, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements. Vehicle service and warranty records are generally retained for the life of the applicable warranty plus a reasonable period. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely destroy it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no website, network, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. 9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

9.1 Marketing Opt-Out

• Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contact us.
• Text messages: reply STOP.
• Phone calls: ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.
• Targeted advertising: use the tools in Section 6.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages about your appointments, services, warranties, or account.

9.2 Texas Residents

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, to the extent it applies, Texas residents may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data;
• Correct inaccurate personal data;
• Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you;
• Obtain a portable copy of your personal data;
• Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

9.3 Residents of California and Other States

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, to the extent those laws apply to us, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and port personal information; to opt out of "sales," "sharing," or targeted advertising; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you may opt out using the tools in Section 6.

9.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request, email support@huracannero.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (737) 387-5997. We may need to verify your identity before responding, which may include confirming information we already have on file. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf; we may require proof of that authorization. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and stating that you wish to appeal.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without parental consent, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites, booking tools, financing providers, review platforms, maps, and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Users Outside the United States

The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes may be communicated by posting a notice on the Site or by contacting you directly. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
